About the YourBest network
The YourBest network is a group of free comparison sites for everyday money decisions. Each site ranks financial products by the numbers: rates, fees, requirements and terms taken from the institution’s own website, scored the same way for every product. YourBests.com is the network’s home page.
What each site covers
- YourBestSavings: High-yield savings, CDs, money market and reward checking accounts, plus HSA providers, 529 plans, brokerages, Treasuries and Canadian savings and GIC rates.
- YourBestCards: Credit card rankings by category, a transfer-bonus tracker and travel rewards tools, with cards scored on earn rates, annual-fee value and signup bonuses.
- YourBestLoanRates: Mortgage, HELOC, personal, auto, student and business loan rates, ranked by APR, fees, funding speed and how hard they are to qualify for.
- YourBestCreditBuilder: Secured cards and credit-builder loans, a credit roadmap, and free guides and letter templates for building or rebuilding credit.
- YourBestTaxes: Flat-price tax preparation, a free tax document checklist, filing deadlines and an honest comparison of do-it-yourself filing options.
- ByTheMath: The publisher and data layer: the scoring engine, methodology and licensable dataset behind the network.
Who publishes it
The network is published by ByTheMath, a small independent financial data company in the United States. It is not owned by or affiliated with any bank, credit union, card issuer, lender or brokerage. Pages are written, checked and published by the YourBest Editorial Team.
How rankings are made
Every ranked product gets a score from verifiable inputs, and pages list products in score order. Data comes from each institution’s own site and is re-checked by a daily automated scanner with human review of every change. How the network is funded
Some sites show ads and some may earn a commission from some links, at no cost to you. No institution can pay to be included or ranked higher, and compensation never changes a ranking, a score or which rates we show. See the disclosure for details. YourBests.com itself shows no ads and has no paid links.
