YourBests.com is the home page of the YourBest network, published by ByTheMath (“we,” “us”). These terms cover this site, the YourBest Rates Weekly newsletter, and our YourBest Rates accounts on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky and X (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Information, not advice

We publish rates, fees and terms for savings accounts, CDs, loans and credit cards, and rank them by the numbers. This is general information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it isn’t a recommendation for your situation. We’re not a bank, lender, broker or financial advisor, and nothing in the Services creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.

2. Rates change: check with the provider

We read each rate on the provider’s own website and show the date we last checked it. Rates, fees, bonuses and eligibility rules can change at any time, and some offers depend on your location, credit or membership. Before you open an account, apply, transfer points or borrow, confirm the current terms directly with the bank, credit union, lender or card issuer. We work to keep information accurate but can’t guarantee it’s complete, current or error-free.

3. How rankings work, and how we’re funded

Rankings are calculated from published rates and terms using the method on our methodology page. No company can pay to be included or to rank higher. Some YourBest sites show advertising or may contain affiliate links; any paid placement is labeled and never changes the order. See our funding disclosure.

4. Newsletter and social accounts

YourBest Rates Weekly and our social posts summarize rates on the dates shown and are subject to the same terms. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every email. How we handle your email address is described in our privacy policy. Our use of each social platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms.

5. Third-party sites

The Services link to banks, lenders, card issuers and other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, decisions or privacy practices. Any account or product you get is between you and that provider.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to them, or copy or scrape our rate data at scale. Rate data for commercial use is available under license from ByTheMath.

7. Our content

The text, rankings, graphics and design of the Services belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit to YourBest. Brand names and logos of banks and other companies belong to their owners.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for decisions you make based on the Services or for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Some places don’t allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
