YourBests.com is the home page of the YourBest network, published by ByTheMath. This page explains what information this site collects and what we do with it.

The YourBest Rates Weekly newsletter

The newsletter sign-up form on this site (and the same form on other YourBest sites) asks for your email address and, optionally, which topics you care about (savings, loans, cards). When you subscribe:

• You first get a confirmation email and are subscribed only after you click its link (double opt-in). Until you confirm, we send you nothing else.
• We keep our own subscriber list in a database hosted by Supabase, and emails are delivered by Resend. We store your email address, your topic choices, the site and page you signed up on, and when you signed up and confirmed.
• As a record that you agreed (we are required to be able to show this under anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and Canada’s CASL) we also keep the consent wording you saw, your IP address and browser details at sign-up and at confirmation, and when you unsubscribe. We keep these records for at least three years after your last contact. A separate scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address is used only to block spam signups and is deleted within two days.
• If an email to you bounces or you mark it as spam, we stop emailing you. Addresses that unsubscribed, bounced or complained are kept on a suppression list so they are never emailed again unless you sign up again and confirm again.
• We use your email address only to send YourBest Rates Weekly and messages about your subscription.
• You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email (or reply or write to contact@bythemath.com). Our mailing address: 56 S 33rd Ave #184, Saint Cloud, MN 56301-3722. After you unsubscribe, you won’t receive the newsletter again.
• We don’t sell, rent or share your email address with banks, lenders, card issuers, advertisers or anyone else.

Browsing this site

YourBests.com does not show ads and does not load Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
